Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, installing the app, or using any feature of elopadel you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

elopadel is a tool to record padel matches, compute a personal ELO, view head-to-head with rivals, and track stats with your regular partners. We do not manage court bookings, we do not represent clubs, and we do not organize official competitions.

3. User account

You need an account to record matches. You are responsible for the data you submit and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person; shared accounts are not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use elopadel to:

• Manipulate results, artificially inflate your ELO, or tag people who did not play with you.
• Harass, impersonate, or post offensive content about other players.
• Reverse-engineer, mass-scrape, or attempt to access private data from other accounts.
• Resell access, automate usage with bots, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

elopadel owns the software, brand, designs, and ELO algorithm. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms.

You retain ownership of the data you submit (matches, partners, results). You grant us a limited license to process it, compute your ranking, and display it to the people you played with, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Subscriptions and payments

elopadel offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (monthly or annual) with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Renewals are automatic unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

elopadel is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running and the calculations correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute ELO accuracy. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between players about recorded results.

Our maximum liability to a Pro user is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to support@elopadel.app. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may terminate the service if you breach these terms, without prejudice to any legal action.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction where mandatory law so provides.
